Hospitality point of sale

CoreCare POS

For restaurants, bars and hospitality teams that want ordering, menus, tables and kitchen progress in one focused workspace.

Guided evaluation Representative till and kitchen workflows are available to evaluate now. Hardware, network, card-terminal and payment-provider compatibility must be agreed before installation or live use.

Built for the work

Less chasing. More operational clarity.

CoreCare POS is designed around the pace of service, from entering an order to following its kitchen status. The guided demonstration runs with representative menus and orders; hardware and payment compatibility are confirmed separately.

Common problems it is designed to address

  • Orders and kitchen updates becoming disconnected
  • Menu changes taking too long to reach the till
  • Limited visibility of open tables, collections and service status
01

Touchscreen till

Enter table, takeaway and collection orders through a focused service interface.

02

Menus and categories

Keep the products offered to the team organised and easier to maintain.

03

Kitchen workflow

Move orders through clear preparation states so front and back of house share the same view.

04

Order history

Review recent activity and the operational record associated with each order.

A working day

From first action to clear follow-up.

The exact configuration follows your roles and process. This is the representative flow used in a guided demonstration.

01

Set up service

Review menus, availability and the workspaces needed for the shift.

02

Take and prepare orders

Keep order details and kitchen status joined up as service moves.

03

Review the day

Use order and service information to understand activity and exceptions.

Reporting views

See what needs attention.

  • Orders and sales by period
  • Open, preparing and completed orders
  • Menu and service activity

Confirm before live use

No hidden assumptions.

These items are checked and agreed during onboarding:

  • Card-terminal and payment-provider support
  • Receipt and kitchen printing hardware
  • Accounting, delivery or online-order integrations

Fit and requirements

Decide with the practical details visible.

A guided evaluation is not unrestricted production approval. These requirements make the current fit and limitations explicit before you invest time.

Best suited to

  • Independent pubs, restaurants and hospitality venues
  • Teams needing joined-up till and kitchen progress
  • Venues able to test exact hardware before installation

Not suited to

  • Immediate deployment with unverified card terminals or printers
  • Service environments without a reliable network
  • Multi-location rollouts before a controlled site pilot
Organisation

Independent hospitality venues and small groups; sites, tills, kitchen stations and order volume are agreed before ordering.

Devices

Modern touch-capable desktop and tablet browsers. Exact till, printer and kitchen-display hardware must be tested.

Connection

A stable local network and internet connection are required. Offline trading is not currently promised.

Migration

Menu and catalogue setup can be mapped from a structured source after review; historical transaction migration is scoped separately.

Implementation

Menu setup, role configuration, hardware checks and a full front-to-back service rehearsal. Timing depends on venue and equipment.

Support

Guided installation and product support as stated in the order; out-of-hours cover is not universal.

Implementation

A guided route from trial to readiness.

A trial is an evaluation workspace. Moving real operations into CoreCare happens only after an agreed readiness review.

  1. 1

Map service types, menus and user roles

  2. 2

Confirm devices, network and printing requirements

  3. 3

    Test front-of-house and kitchen flow

  4. 4

Complete an agreed readiness check before live service

01

Representative trial data

Explore the workflow without exposing a customer workspace or introducing sensitive production records.

02

Product-owned sessions

Each product validates its registered accounts and creates its own separate session.

03

Scope confirmed in writing

Migration, integrations, support and production requirements are agreed before live use.
