Fit and requirements
A guided evaluation is not unrestricted production approval. These requirements make the current fit and limitations explicit before you invest time.
Independent garages and small workshop groups; locations, users, bays and integrations are scoped before ordering.
Modern desktop and tablet browsers; exact workshop-device suitability should be tested around the working environment.
A stable internet connection is required. Offline workshop operation is not currently promised.
Customer, vehicle and job-history imports are assessed and validated before live use.
Workflow mapping, templates, role setup, migration and a complete booking-to-collection test. Timing depends on data and integrations.
Guided setup and product support as stated in the order.
Current capability matrix
The labels below use the same meaning across all five CoreCare products. “Available to evaluate” means a representative workflow can be explored; it does not by itself approve production use.
| Capability | Status | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Diary, job cards, inspections and estimates | Available to evaluate | Representative customers, vehicles and jobs are included. |
| Customer and vehicle history | Available to evaluate | Migration quality is checked before production. |
| MOT, parts, messaging, payments and accounts | Confirm before live | Each provider and workflow must be scoped. |
| Guaranteed offline workshop operation | Not currently offered | A stable connection is required. |
Implementation
A trial is an evaluation workspace. Moving real operations into CoreCare happens only after an agreed readiness review.
Map bays, services, roles and job stages
Assess customer and vehicle data for migration
Configure templates and responsibilities
Test a complete job from booking to collection
Explore the workflow without exposing a customer workspace or introducing sensitive production records.
Each product validates its registered accounts and creates its own separate session.
Migration, integrations, support and production requirements are agreed before live use.
Garage questions
Tell us how your team works and we will answer against your actual setup.
Ask a questionCompatibility depends on the provider and your workflow. We confirm each external connection before it forms part of the scope.
We first assess the source data, then agree what can be imported and how it will be checked.
See it with your workflow
No payment card is required. We prepare a representative workspace and activate the trial when it is ready.
