Fit and requirements
A guided evaluation is not unrestricted production approval. These requirements make the current fit and limitations explicit before you invest time.
Independent sites and small multi-site operators; pitch, unit and seasonal complexity is scoped before ordering.
Modern desktop and tablet browsers; phone access is possible but reception workflows should be tested on the intended devices.
A stable internet connection is required. Offline booking operation is not currently promised.
Existing booking imports are assessed, mapped and reconciled before production use.
Site-structure mapping, migration validation, role setup and availability reconciliation. Timing follows the number and quality of records.
Guided setup and the support arrangement stated in the order.
Current capability matrix
The labels below use the same meaning across all five CoreCare products. “Available to evaluate” means a representative workflow can be explored; it does not by itself approve production use.
| Capability | Status | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Booking register, availability and arrivals | Available to evaluate | Representative site data is included in the guided evaluation. |
| Guest and day-to-day site operations | Available to evaluate | The final setup follows the site’s own workflow. |
| Online booking, payment and channel connections | Confirm before live | Compatibility depends on the customer’s providers. |
| Guaranteed offline reception operation | Not currently offered | A stable connection is required. |
Implementation
A trial is an evaluation workspace. Moving real operations into CoreCare happens only after an agreed readiness review.
Map pitch, unit and season structure
Agree how existing bookings will be checked and imported
Configure team access
Validate availability before opening live use
Explore the workflow without exposing a customer workspace or introducing sensitive production records.
Each product validates its registered accounts and creates its own separate session.
Migration, integrations, support and production requirements are agreed before live use.
